NATIONWIDE MANDATORY WORKPLACE VAX RULES ARE ON HOLD

On November 5, 2021, the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)issued Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) implementing the President’s ordered mandatory vaccinate-or-test rules.
